When will my order be shipped?
If your order arrives before 11am (AEST) on a weekday, we strive to dispatch it SAME DAY. Delivery time will take between 3 – 10 days (for domestic orders) depending on customer location. 

Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia.

What shipping services do you use? 
All our parcels are sent using either Australia Post or one of our reliable courier services. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with all tracking information.

We happily subsidise shipping for our customers by offering a flat-rate of $9.95 shipping Australia-wide.

We offer FREE standard shipping on ALL domestic orders over AU$75.00. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
